The Sinesplast method
5 steps to quality
Initial analysis
This is the fundamental stage of the process: we listen to the customer’s requirements, learn about the product and study the packaging.
Design
We find the best fit for the customer’s requirements and bring it to life with 3D software. We share the developments with the customer throughout every stage of the project to define the look and functionality of the packaging.
Pilot mould
We create a test mould to produce a small sampling that allows the customer to test the packaging and decide if any changes are needed to the product.
Production
Once the final project has been defined, we create a high precision mould for large-scale production.
Post-sales
We provide ongoing support to ensure perfect integration in the customer’s own packaging lines. If necessary, we intervene to make any changes needed to the product.
All our projects are focused on fundamental features.
Safety
and protection.
We study solutions that guarantee maximum protection of the food products: cushioning systems to absorb impacts and patented closure systems to ensure the food safety of the product.
A stand-out, functional
design.
The design is studied to ensure that the packaging slots together, is stable and optimises space, leading to a reduction in handling costs.
Line
efficiency.
Studying and designing the packaging directly on the customer’s systems ensures greater efficiency on the entire packaging process.
Prolonged
shelf-life.
From the choice of the materials to the reliability of the closure system, every detail of the packaging is studied to ensure the freshness and quality of the contents. A guarantee for our customers, for the end consumer and less food waste.
Optimisation
of space.
Our designs are ahead of the curve: we maximise efficiency and reduce the overall size of the packaging, to make it easier to manage the packaging, transportation and storage processes. For the benefit of the environment through a reduction in CO2 emissions.
